All yoga classes on the schedule are vinyasa based (fluid sequences) with a grounding spiritual theme. The strength and conditioning classes are intentionally planned workouts that combine push and pull movements of upper and lower body with core work and cardio at the end for a full body experience.
Rachel currently offers three all levels classes each week which are the most accessible classes on the schedule. For a slower/introductory class, see her Level One Yoga video in the recorded library.
Nope! This class is open to all levels. Just show up ready to learn!
For in-person group classes, there is a 2 hour cancellation policy. If dropping in or using a class pack, please cancel 2 hours in advance to be able to save your class payment for next time.
